1. Products We specialize exclusively in perfumes. All products listed are authentic and accurately described.

2. Pricing & Payment Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We accept the following payment methods:

• A deposit of 200 EGP is required upfront to confirm your order, with the remaining balance paid cash on delivery.
• Full payment can also be made via e-wallets or InstaPay.

3. Exchange Policy We accept exchanges only within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unused condition. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped via Aramex within Egypt. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
